Collection Packing and Delivery Process - Explained

Our Collection, Packing and Delivery Process Explained
Once we receive your instruction to proceed with the
delivery of lots from an auctioneer, we carry out the following steps to ensure
the safe and timely handling of your items:
Collection from Auctioneer
Collections
are booked at the earliest opportunity permitted by the auctioneer.. We liaise directly with the auctioneer to arrange collection, typically collecting within 2–3 working days, subject to scheduling availability , with items then returned to our premises the same day.
At the point of collection, photographs are taken to document the contents of each lot as received. These images are retained for a period of 30 days to assist with any subsequent queries.

Professional Packing
Lots are generally packed within 2 working days of arrival at our premises. Our standard packing method includes securely bubble-wrapping each item, which is then placed in a strong, double-walled cardboard box. Each box is internally lined with specialist recycled (blue) air-pocket padding to provide optimal protection.
We understand that different items require tailored packing solutions and always aim to match our service to the specific requirements of each piece to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Confirmation and Payment
Once your items are packed, we will seek to re-confirm the delivery address and provide payment options. These include Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Card Payment.
Dispatch and Courier Collection
Orders paid before 12 noon are typically dispatched the same working day. Payments received after 12 noon will usually be collected by the courier on the following working day.

Delivery Services and Partners
Our primary delivery partner is Royal Mail Group, offering two core services:

All consignments are dispatched with a unique tracking
number and generally require a signature upon delivery, or alternatively the
courier may take photographic proof of delivery. Many UK deliveries are further
supported by GPS-tracked confirmation at the time of delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

days. From the time of receiving your instruction to final delivery, the
